Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overall store operations in Springfield, MO, including planning and implementing store processes, recruiting and training staff, conducting performance evaluations, setting pay and advancement guidance, ensuring proper staffing, opening/closing the store, managing inventory, maintaining accurate merchandise presentation and signage, enforcing cash handling and security practices, delivering superior customer service leadership, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state labor laws.
Required Qualifications
