Job Summary
STORE MANAGER role responsible for overseeing all store employees and operations, including recruiting and training staff, conducting performance evaluations, managing staffing levels and store opening/closing, monitoring sales, profitability and inventory, ensuring proper cash handling and security, maintaining merchandising standards, and delivering superior customer service. The position requires knowledge of inventory management, basic math and reporting, adherence to company policies, and strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred. Duty includes ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures and driving the store to meet in-stock targets through effective ordering, stocking, and display practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
