Job Summary
Manage all employees and store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing, and support. Recruit, select, and retain qualified staff while providing training, conducting performance evaluations, and making recommendations for pay and advancement. Personally open and close the store at least twice weekly, ensuring effective daily operations. Evaluate operating statements for sales trends, profitability, and expense control; order merchandise to meet in-stock targets and maintain accurate inventory levels. Ensure financial integrity through strict cashier accountability and key control, while maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment. Complete all required paperwork and documentation according to company guidelines.
