Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the management of all employees and store processes, including staffing, training, performance evaluations, scheduling, ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, customer service leadership, and ensuring financial integrity through cashier accountability and policy adherence. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store multiple times per week, monitoring sales and inventory trends, managing stock replenishment, merchandising standards, and safety compliance, as well as recruiting and developing staff and ensuring adherence to federal and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
