Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the overall management of store operations in Pine Bluff, AR, including staffing, training, scheduling, inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, safety and compliance, and delivering superior customer service. Leads recruitment and retention, conducts performance evaluations, enforces policy adherence, drives in-stock targets and sales performance, opens and closes the store regularly, and ensures accurate reporting and financial controls. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to maintain a well-organized, secure, and profitable store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
