Job Summary

Store Manager responsible for the management of all store employees and the end-to-end execution of store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presenting merchandise, staffing, performance evaluations, training, and adherence to company policies. Duties include recruiting and retaining qualified staff, conducting training and performance reviews, recommending pay and advancement, communicating expectations, opening/closing the store, analyzing operating statements and inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, cash handling and security practices, providing superior customer service leadership, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and compliance with SOPs and company communications. Key skills include recruitment and hiring, staff development, merchandising, inventory control, safety and security, cash control, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
  • One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
