Job Summary
Responsible for the management of all employees in the effective planning and implementation of all store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support. Recruits, selects and retains qualified employees; trains staff; conducts performance evaluations; ensures proper staffing; oversees opening/closing; analyzes sales and inventory trends; manages ordering, replenishment, merchandising, pricing, and signage; maintains cash control and security; delivers superior customer service and a safe, organized store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
