Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overseeing all store processes including staffing, training, performance evaluations, ordering, inventory control, merchandising, cashier accountability, and customer service leadership. Leads recruitment and retention of employees, ensures compliance with labor laws, drives in-stock targets and pricing/signage execution, and maintains safe, well-organized store operations. Requires strong knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, reporting, and team development; prioritizes operational excellence, communication, and collaboration to meet sales and profitability goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
