STORE MANAGER IN HECTOR, AR

Store Manager will lead all store operations at the Hector, AR Dollar General location, including recruiting, training, staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store multiple times per week, driving sales and profitability, managing inventory, ensuring accurate cashier control and security practices, providing superior customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store. The role requires effective communication, leadership of store employees, knowledge of retail practices, and adherence to federal and state labor laws; bilingual Spanish speakers may receive preference.
