Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the management of all employees and store operations in Harrisburg, MO, including planning and implementing store processes (ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing). Key duties include recruiting, training, performance evaluations, ensuring staffing, opening/closing the store, driving sales and profitability, inventory and cash-control, merchandising, adherence to policies, and maintaining a safe, customer-focused environment. Preference for bilingual Spanish speakers and for candidates with retail management experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
