Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the management of all store employees and the effective planning and implementation of store processes, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, staffing, ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, customer service leadership, cash handling, inventory control, safety compliance, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. Requires leadership in recruiting, retaining, training, verifying compliance with policies and procedures, operating the store on a daily basis, and ensuring proper store presentation and financial integrity. Preference for leadership experience in a retail setting and ability to manage payroll, scheduling, and store operations across opening/closing duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
