Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overseeing all store employees and end-to-end operations, including staffing, training, performance evaluations, and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining qualified staff, providing training, conducting evaluations, managing pay recommendations and advancement, communicating expectations for performance and safety, opening/closing the store, analyzing operating statements for sales and profitability, managing stock and inventory through ordering, replenishment, and cycle counts, ensuring proper merchandising, pricing, and signage, maintaining inventory integrity and security, delivering excellent customer service leadership, ensuring a clean and safe working/shopping environment, maintaining proper tools and equipment, and complying with SOPs and company policies. Qualifications include proficiency with reading and interpreting operational documents, basic arithmetic, cash handling and deposit procedures, POS/cash register operations, inventory management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of recruiting and legal compliance, and attention to detail; bilingual Spanish preferred. Minimum education is a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for at least one year of retail management experience and related competencies.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, counseling and termination practices including legal compliance
