Store Manager responsible for managing all store employees and store operations, including staffing, training, performance evaluations, evaluating sales and inventory trends, pricing and signage, cash handling and security, maintaining a clean and safe store, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining qualified staff, conducting performance evaluations, setting pay and advancement recommendations, coordinating meetings and events to support safety and policy adherence, opening/closing the store, monitoring stock levels and inventory accuracy, ensuring proper cash controls, delivering superior customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
