Job Summary
Store Manager role at Dollar General in Evans City, PA. Responsible for the management of all store employees and execution of store processes including staffing, training, performance evaluations, scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, safety, and customer service leadership. Lead recruitment and retention of qualified employees, ensure compliance with federal/state laws and company policies, supervise opening/closing, monitor sales trends and inventory, coordinate staffing, and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience in recruiting, interviewing, and counseling employees; knowledge of cash handling and security procedures; bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred in some locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
