Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the management of all employees in planning and implementing store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support. Duties include recruiting, training, performance evaluations, wage recommendations, enforcing safety and policies, opening/closing the store, inventory management, merchandising, cash accountability, customer service leadership, store cleanliness, and adherence to company policies. Requires knowledge of cash handling, inventory, merchandising, safety, and recruiting practices; strong communication and problem-solving skills; and experience in retail management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred)
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
