Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for recruiting, training and retaining qualified employees; scheduling, performance evaluations, and ensuring proper staffing; managing inventory, merchandising, pricing, cash handling, and cashier accountability; driving store sales, controlling expenses, and maintaining safety and security in a Dollar General location (Clairfield, TN). Partners with leadership to open/close the store, monitor in-stock targets, execute replenishment, and uphold company SOPs and policies; focuses on leadership, staff development, customer service, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
