Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the management of all employees and the effective planning and implementation of store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support. Recruits, selects and retains qualified employees, trains and evaluates performance, ensures proper staffing and cash accountability, enforces safety and policies, opens/closes the store, analyzes sales and inventory trends, manages stock replenishment and merchandising, maintains inventory accuracy, and leads customer service while ensuring a clean, secure, and compliant store environment. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, merchandising, safety, and federal labor laws; strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; bilingual Spanish preferred in some locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
