Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overseeing all store operations in Cedarville, OH, including recruiting and retaining staff, training and performance evaluations, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, inventory management, order fulfillment, merchandising, pricing and signage, cashier accountability, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment. Leads staff to meet sales, profitability, and in-stock targets, complies with company policies and labor laws, and fosters excellent customer service and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management
- Ability to recruit, interview, hire and train qualified applicants
- Understanding of federal and state labor laws and company policies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with store safety, security, and basic cash controls
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred
