Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the management of all employees and store processes, including staffing, training, performance evaluations, inventory management, merchandising, customer service leadership, financial controls, and adherence to company policies. Duties include recruiting and retaining staff, training and development, evaluating operating statements, ensuring proper staffing and security, opening/closing the store, maintaining inventory accuracy, cash handling and accountability, implementing pricing and signage standards, and ensuring compliance with federal/state labor laws and SOPs. Strong focus on leadership, communication, problem solving, and delivering a safe, well-organized store environment. Preference for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and retail management experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
