Job Summary
Store Manager role in Belgrade, MN at Dollar General responsible for managing all store employees and store processes including staffing, training, performance management, inventory, merchandising, cash control, and customer service leadership. Duties include recruiting and retaining qualified staff, providing training and evaluations, setting expectations for performance, scheduling openings and closures, monitoring sales and inventory trends, maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring security and cash procedures, maintaining a clean, safe store, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Requires strong reading and math skills, knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, merchandising practices, and effective communication.
