Job Summary
Store Manager position at Dollar General in Alto, TX responsible for overall store operations, including staffing, training and development, performance evaluations, cash handling and security, inventory and merchandising, and ensuring customer service excellence. Leads recruitment and retention, sets schedules, monitors sales and profitability, and maintains compliance with federal/state labor laws and company policies. Requires effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain a well-organized, safe, and fiscally responsible store environment. Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred for some locations.
Required Qualifications
