Job Summary
Store Manager in Allentown, PA responsible for the comprehensive oversight of store operations, including staffing, training, performance evaluations, inventory management, pricing and signage, cash handling and security, and delivering superior customer service. Leads recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees; ensures store is properly staffed, opens/closes as required, and drives sales, profitability, and adherence to company policies. Requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills and familiarity with retail compliance and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, counseling and termination practices including legal compliance and internal processes
