STORE MANAGER responsible for leading all store operations in Alger, OH. Manages staff, recruiting and training, performance evaluations, scheduling, cash handling and loss prevention, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service leadership. Oversees opening/closing, payroll adherence, safety and security, and compliance with company policies. Requires ability to interpret safety diagrams and operating instructions; strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred; prior retail management experience preferred.
