Job Summary
Store Manager in Afton, WY responsible for overall store operations including staffing, training, performance management, inventory and cash controls, merchandising, and maintaining a safe, well-organized, customer-focused environment. Leads recruitment and development of employees, ensures compliance with company policies and federal/state laws, analyzes sales and inventory trends, and drives execution of in-stock targets and store procedures to meet business goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies
- Ability to recruit, interview, hire, counsel and terminate
