Lead and grow IKEA Klang Valley market by driving commercial growth, operational excellence, people development and delivering an inspiring customer experience across all customer meeting points. Build, lead and develop IKEA and the local store in alignment with the IKEA vision and business priorities, create a coherent store business plan to achieve short- and long-term growth and profitability, attract and develop a high-performing team, ensure safety and compliance, and act as the IKEA spokesperson to reflect the brand values and communicate with customers and external partners.
