Job Summary
Store Manager II responsible for driving revenue growth and overseeing sales operations at a Leonard Buildings and Truck Accessories store in Smithfield, NC. Leads up to 12 direct reports, manages store performance against financial objectives, analyzes sales data for growth opportunities, delivers exceptional customer service, oversees inventory and vendor relations, ensures safety and compliance, and recruits, trains, and coaches staff to maintain a high-performing team aligned with company standards. Requires proven retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, POS/inventory software proficiency, and the ability to work variable hours including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
- 3 years’ experience in a management role in sales, retail, vehicle accessories, or inventory management
- Proven experience in a similar role in the retail sector
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent negotiation, and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using point of sales and inventory management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as CRM or other sales software preferred
