Job Summary
Store Manager at IHOP oversees front- and back-of-house operations with a strong focus on profitability and sales growth while upholding IHOP standards of quality and service. Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and profits, developing relationships with employees and guests, implementing training programs for hourly staff, supporting annual financial and marketing objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, recruiting and retaining staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, ensuring equipment and premises are in safe, compliant condition, and completing required reports. Supervises craft employees, conducts interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates staff, and enforces company policies and procedures to optimize unit performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 2-4 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A valid Driver’s License will be necessary to drive a car on Company business.
- Certification through assigned IHOP training courses.
