Job Summary
Store Manager at IHOP responsible for supervising restaurant staff and operations with a strong emphasis on profitability and guest satisfaction. Oversees front- and back-of-house activities, implements training programs for hourly employees, and supports annual objectives in budgeting, local marketing, guest service, and HR. Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and SOPs; manages inventory and supplies; recruits, trains, and retains employees; and drives operational excellence to meet unit goals. Requires ability to lead teams, analyze operational needs, and coordinate across departments to maintain IHOP standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training
- Certification through IHOP training courses
- A valid Driver’s License will be necessary to drive a car on Company business
