Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overseeing The Gourmet Liquor store and Luscious & Sweet bakery operations, implementing merchandising initiatives, promoting sales, and leading a team. Duties include reviewing orders, inventory management, shelf replenishment, creating CSRs schedules, operating the cash register with accurate checkout procedures, maintaining security and cash drawer integrity, conducting daily store walks, enforcing stocking practices and 5S organization, and ensuring saleable merchandise with correct pricing. Requires leadership, customer service passion, and knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years liquor store management experience
- Must be 21+ to apply
- Basic math skills
- Previous supervisory responsibility
