Job Summary
Store Manager I develops, leads and contributes to the growth and profitability of the Consumer Banking business through managing a Store portfolio that includes deposits, loans, fees and expenses. Leads, coaches and motivates the store team to deliver a legendary Employee and Customer Experience while achieving shareholder value through solutions and referrals. Responsible for store growth by deepening customer relationships and referring customers to the right Specialist to meet needs. Provides people management by hiring, setting goals, developing staff, managing performance and compensation decisions. Originates loan applications, handles Conditions of Lending and conducts loan closings, and maintains active NMLS registration. Requires knowledge of banking operations and risk management, and compliance with operating policies. Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years relevant experience; notary license (preferred). Proficient with Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams, manage competing priorities, and build community relationships. TD emphasizes growth, development and a client-focused, collaborative culture.
