Store Manager I (7175)

Supervise and participate in the day-to-day operations of the store while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Oversee recruiting, training, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and supervision of all store employees. Ensure the accountability and security of cashier funds and maintain the neatness and attractiveness of store merchandise. Assist customers in locating items and prices, explain store policy, and help employees resolve routine problems and perform special assignments. High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred with retail store experience.
