Job Summary
Lead retail store and commercial sales activities to achieve sales and profit goals. Develop and supervise Store Associates; provide training, coaching, development and recognition. Perform consultative sales on the sales floor; answer customer inquiries by phone or email. Execute battery installation and device repair services; ensure staff completes necessary certifications. Manage evaluations and progressive discipline; develop team for future roles. Enforce safety rules and company policies, oversee inventory and merchandising, and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse. Generate leads for commercial customers and provide follow-up service. Flexibly support multiple store locations as needed and contribute to a fun, pay-and-benefits environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to handle confrontational situations in a controlled and courteous manner
- Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong technical aptitude; basic understanding of electronics; prior device repair experience beneficial
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible schedule including peak seasons and special events
- Ability to lift 50lbs
