Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by showcasing merchandise, executing operational strategies for positive operating profits, and driving business with the merchant group. Manage personnel activities including hiring, training, appraising, and motivating staff while establishing a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling and client base building. Achieve results in top-line sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control by ensuring standard operating procedures and Health & Safety policies are executed and documented. Cultivate community relationships through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities. Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual, English and French
- 5 years of specialty retail management experience
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products
- Strong consulting, negotiation, problem resolution, mediation, and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- 4 year degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
