Job Summary
Lead the HUGO Cannock retail team as an inspirational role model, coaching staff to achieve location performance targets and KPIs while delivering excellent customer service. Define action plans for short and long-term achievements, manage recruiting and succession planning, and implement customer-centric procedures using available tools. Maintain awareness of competitors and local markets by sharing findings with the Area Manager and retail team. Ensure all policies are followed and build a loyal customer base through active management and networking.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment
- Excellent leadership and people management skills to lead, motivate, train and develop the team through active management
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
- Experience in networking & building relationships
