Job Summary
Lead front-of-house operations and daily shift execution while inspiring and coaching your team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. Be a visible leader on the floor welcoming guests, handling issues, and maintaining quality standards across service, cleanliness, and safety. Hire, train, and mentor high-performing hospitality staff while collaborating with upper management on business planning, promotions, and performance goals. Handle guest concerns and resolve conflicts quickly and professionally to uphold the Hotshots message. Requires 3+ years of restaurant/bar management experience and availability to work 40–50 hours per week including nights and weekends.
