Job Summary
Lead the store in achieving sales targets through daily operations, including recruiting, developing, and retaining a collaborative team while managing payroll, schedules, and shrink prevention. Drive customer engagement via social media and clienteling, run sales reports to guide strategy, and execute merchandising plans using planograms and timely promo launches. Collaborate with retail leadership on trends and feedback, control supply ownership, and mentor staff through recognition and feedback. Manage inventory up to 50 pounds and adapt to fast-changing industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
