Job Summary
Lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and performance management while ensuring operational soundness through shrink prevention, payroll oversight, and schedule control. Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team by building a bench of talent through mentorship, recognition, and feedback. Manage supply ownership, launch promos on time, and merchandise the store using planograms to deliver compelling product displays. Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback, utilizing sales reports to guide strategy. Maintain customer engagement through social media, store web applications, and clienteling. Requires 1-2 years of retail store management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- You'll have skills to pay the bills: communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- You'll have to be at least 18 years of age to join the fandom force
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
