Job Summary
Lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, developing, and retaining a collaborative team while managing shrink, payroll, and schedules. Create buzz and customer engagement through social media, web applications, and clienteling. Operate an organizationally sound business by running sales reports, guiding strategy with data, and controlling supply ownership. Merchandise the store using planograms, launch promos on time, and mentor staff through recognition and feedback. Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback. Adapt to new technologies and communicate company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- You'll have skills to pay the bills: communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- You'll have to be at least 18 years of age to join the fandom force
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
