Job Summary
Ensure the store achieves sales plan and comp sales goals by running reports, analyzing data, and guiding strategy. Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team while managing payroll, scheduling, and shrink prevention. Lead operations through effective delegation, supply ownership control, and timely promo launches using planograms. Communicate trends and customer feedback with retail leadership and HQ. Merchandise compellingly, pack heavy boxes, and adapt to new technologies and company policies. Collaborate on talent development through mentorship and recognition.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- You'll have skills to pay the bills: communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- You'll have to be at least 18 years of age to join the fandom force
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
