Job Summary
Store Manager leads the store to achieve sales plans and comp goals, recruits and develops a collaborative team, drives customer engagement through social media and clienteling, oversees operations with a balance of structure, delegation, and customer-first selling, monitors shrink and payroll, communicates trends with retail leadership and HQ, runs sales reports to guide strategy, merchandises the store using planograms, launches promotions on time, and mentors staff to build a bench of talent while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
