Job Summary
Store Manager at BoxLunch responsible for achieving sales targets and driving store performance, recruiting and developing a collaborative team, engaging customers through social media and clienteling, maintaining an operationally sound business with payroll, scheduling, and inventory controls, monitoring shrink and external factors, communicating with retail leadership and HQ, running sales reports to guide strategy, merchandising using planograms, and mentoring staff to build a bench of talent—all while delivering strong customer service and embracing pop culture fandom.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years retail store management experience
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- at least 18 years of age
- ability to navigate fast-changing retail environment
- communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
