Job Summary
Store Manager at BoxLunch leads store performance by achieving sales/comp goals, recruiting and developing a capable team, driving customer engagement via social media and clienteling, and maintaining an operating model focused on customer first selling, loss prevention, and data-driven decision making. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds
- 18 years of age or older
- Open-minded and inquisitive about pop culture fandoms and trends
