Job Summary
Store Manager at BoxLunch in Minot, ND leads the store to achieve sales goals and develop a high-performing team. You recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative staff, drive customer engagement and brand presence through social media and clienteling, oversee operational effectiveness, shrink prevention, payroll hours, scheduling, and data-driven sales strategies. You’ll merchandise the store using planograms, launch promos on time, mentor staff, provide recognition and feedback, and communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to navigate a fast-changing retail environment
- Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills
- Open-minded and inquisitive about pop culture fandoms and trends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and manage store duties including merchandising and basic store operations
