Lead BoxLunch in Raleigh to achieve sales plans and store objectives by recruiting, developing, and managing a collaborative team; drive customer engagement through social media, clienteling, and store applications; maintain operational excellence with payroll, scheduling, and shrink prevention; communicate with retail leadership and HQ; analyze sales data to guide strategy; merchandise the store with planograms and launch promotions on time; mentor and recognize staff to build a bench of talent.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- high school diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- open to retail management responsibilities
- ability to navigate and merchandise store equipment
- curiosity about pop culture fandoms and trends
