Job Summary
Lead a retail store to meet sales goals by recruiting and developing a collaborative team, driving customer engagement through social media and clienteling, and leading an operationally sound business with a balance of structure and autonomy. Manage shrink, payroll hours, schedules, and merchandising using data and sales reports to hit targets; communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback; merchandise using planograms and launch promotions on schedule; mentor and develop staff with recognition and feedback to build bench strength.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
