Job Summary
Lead the store to achieve sales and comp sales goals while recruiting, developing, and retaining a collaborative, passionate team. Drive customer engagement through social media and clienteling, manage operations with the right balance of structure, delegation, and customer-first selling. Monitor shrink, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors affecting business, and collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback. Use sales data to guide strategy, merchandise the store using planograms, launch promotions on time, and mentor staff to build a bench of talent.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience; proven ability to lead teams to success
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent; degree welcomed
