Job Summary
Open the store daily with your team, manage scheduled appointments, and execute repairs on phones, tablets, and laptops using your technical skills. Lead the team to achieve KPIs for customer happiness, quality assurance, sales, and store image while ensuring all necessary parts are available. Handle customer interactions with a focus on service standards and operational efficiency. This role requires fluency in Dutch and experience as a repair technician, with a market-conforming salary, commission, and 25 vacation days.
