Job Summary
Store Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the Maribyrnong store for T2 Tea, driving rostering, visual merchandising, deliveries and stock, and embedding a customer-centric culture. Lead a team of product and brand ambassadors, deliver exceptional customer service to boost satisfaction and loyalty, achieve budgeted sales and wage targets, manage controllable costs, ensure policy adherence, identify development needs, and motivate for future succession. Demonstrates retail management experience, strong communication, time management, and a passion for delivering positive business results in a tea-retail environment.
