Job Summary
Peloton Store Manager leads sales, operations and customer experience for the Hartford Westfarms location, reporting to the District Manager and directing a performance-driven team. Responsibilities include owning store performance and achieving sales targets, driving sales discipline with Salesforce CRM to manage leads and follow-ups, developing and executing retail sales strategies, closing sales on the floor, using financial insights for profitability, building local awareness through grassroots marketing and partnerships, recruiting and developing a results-driven team, managing store operations including payroll, scheduling, and visual merchandising, and ensuring adherence to company policies while maintaining an inviting, premium store atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- 2+ years of sales or sales leadership experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer outreach tools
- Proven ability to drive sales, exceed targets, and create high-conversion customer experiences
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for coaching, team development, and performance management
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships and inspire action
- Genuine passion for health, wellness, and technology, with the ability to inspire a customer-first culture
- Physical requirements: active position with standing and lifting 50 lbs+
