Job Summary
As the Store Manager in Jaipur, you will lead your store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while upholding visual and commercial standards, analyze sales performance to set goals and optimize profits and stock, manage scheduling and store maintenance within budgets, recruit and develop a high-performing team, stay informed on fashion trends and competitors, and represent the brand positively in all customer interactions. You will collaborate with the store team and Area Team to drive success, build an inclusive culture, and empower customers to express their individuality through fashion with a strong emphasis on leadership, analytical thinking, customer-centricity, and operational excellence.
